The instrument adopts touch screen control, Chinese characters, English or French display. Automatic temperature control, automatic cutting, real-time display of each section of the test curve, with a micro printing data function, can display and print eight sections of experimental data and the average value of the results of each section can also achieve "time control cutting, displacement cutting".

Among them, WJ-400D melt flow rate meter has two measurement methods of mass (MFR) and (MVR), and has the function of automatic detection of melt density test.

Four, melt flow rate meter working principle

WJ - 400D melt flow rate meter is a plastic extrusion instrument. It is in the specified temperature conditions, with high temperature heating furnace to be measured to the molten state. This molten state of the measured material, under the specified load through a certain diameter hole extrusion test. In the production of plastics, commonly used melt index to express polymer materials in the molten state of fluidity, viscosity and other physical properties. The melt mass flow rate refers to the average weight of each section of the extruded sample translated into 10 minutes of extruded volume.
